الشروط والأحكام لـ منصة سيفيبي
1. القبول بالشروط
- يُعد دخولك إلى موقع CvBee أو استخدامك لأي خدمة داخل المنصة قبولاً كاملاً وغير مشروط بجميع الشروط والأحكام الواردة في هذه الصفحة.
- إذا كنت لا توافق على أي من البنود، يجب عليك التوقف عن استخدام الموقع فوراً.
- يحتفظ CvBee بحق تعديل أو تحديث هذه الشروط في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق، ويعتبر استمرار استخدامك للمنصة موافقة تلقائية على النسخة المُحدّثة.
2. نطاق الخدمات
تقدم CvBee خدمات رقمية تشمل — على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
- إنشاء السيرة الذاتية الرقمية
- تحسين السيرة الذاتية وإعادة تصميمها
- عرض ملفات المرشحين داخل المنصة للشركات
- خدمات اشتراك مثل CvBee Red
- عرض وظائف الشركات
جميع هذه الخدمات قد تكون مدفوعة بالكامل أو جزئياً، وتعامل كل خدمة على أنها طلب مستقل برسوم منفصلة.
3. ملفات الارتباط (Cookies)
يستخدم موقع CvBee ملفات الارتباط بهدف:

- تخصيص المحتوى

يُمنع منعاً باتاً:

❌ بيع أو تأجير أو ترخيص المعلومات
❌ نقل أو جمع البيانات بهدف تجاري
❌ نسخ التصاميم أو نماذج CvBee
❌ محاولة تفكيك أو استخراج قاعدة البيانات

5. التعليقات والمحتوى المقدم من المستخدم

6. الروابط إلى موقعنا (Hyperlinking to Our Content)
الجهات التي يُسمح لها الربط دون إذن مسبق:
- الجهات الحكومية
- محركات البحث
- المؤسسات الإخبارية
- دلائل الويب
- شركات موثوقة وواسعة السمعة
شروط الربط:

CvBee غير مسؤول عن:

- أي ضرر ناتج عن معلومات خاطئة أو مضللة

إذا وجدت أي رابط داخل CvBee غير مناسب أو مسيء، يمكنك إرسال طلب لإزالته.
سيتم دراسة الطلب، ولكن CvBee غير ملزمة:
